2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

      • Cost: $5 for orders under $100.
      • Free shipping for orders over $100.
    • Express Delivery:
      • Delivery time: 1-2 business days.
      • Cost: $10 flat rate.
  • International Shipping:

      • Delivery time: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
      • Cost: Rates are calculated based on the destination.
    • Express International Delivery:
      • Delivery time: 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.
      • Cost: Rates and delivery estimates are calculated individually.

Note: Delivery times for international shipping are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

  • Free Standard Delivery: Available for orders over $100 within Singapore.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
  • If you placed your order via our website, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
  • If your order was placed via social media (Instagram or TikTok), tracking details will be shared via direct message on the respective platform.
  • If your tracking information is not updating, please allow 24-48 hours for it to reflect or contact us via the Contact Us form for assistance.

5. Duties, Taxes, & Customs

  • Domestic Orders (Singapore): No additional duties or taxes apply.
  • International Orders: Duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Please note that delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

6. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a note or contact you for redelivery or collection instructions.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
    • Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
    • To update your shipping address, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us form before your order is dispatched.

7. Partial Shipments

  • In cases where your order contains multiple items and some are out of stock, we may ship your items in separate packages.
